There is a flat rate of $8.99 AUD standard shipping fee for all Australian orders. We also offer express shipping for $14.99 AUD. Please allow 1-2 days handling time for your item once your order has been placed. We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, you should receive your delivery within 2-5 working days this timing may be exceeded during peak/busy times and to rural areas, we thank-you for your patience.

Tracking Supplied on all orders. We ship with Australia Post.

Please note that we dispatch daily, however we are unable to guarantee same-day dispatch for all orders due to the high volume we receive. 

Due to extended COVID-19 lockdowns and high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays. The best way to track your deliveries is through Australia Post’s mobile app. Get expected delivery dates, localised service updates and stay notified if things change.

Please Not - Lapaperpassion is not liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned to sender due to being unclaimed or not delivered, or where a customer has incorrectly entered the address during checkout. 

For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. We are not responsible for any costs imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. Lapaperpassion will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer.
